This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is provided by Tamu Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur and its franchisees, associates, subsidiaries, and affiliates who operate Tamu Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur, including Tamu Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "we", "our", and "us").

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect your personal information, what that information may be used for, who uses it, when it may be disclosed to other parties, how you can update and seek correction of your details, the control you have over your personal information, and how you can contact us.

    Hotel Rules

    Check-In and Check-Out

    Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
    Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

    Booking and Cancellation

    Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

    Payment

    Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Full payment is required upon check-in.

    Identification

    A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests.

    Room Occupancy

    The maximum number of guests per room is limited based on the room type booked. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

    Children Policy

    Children under 12 years stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

    No Smoking Policy

    Tamu Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur is a non-smoking hotel.

    Pets

    Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.

    Noise Policy

    Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

    Damage and Liability

    Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings.

    Do's
    • Ensure you adhere to the hotel’s check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (12:00 PM) times.
    • Maintain a quiet atmosphere, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
    • Return your room key/card upon check-out to avoid additional charges.
    • Adhere to the rules and hours of operation for amenities.
    • Inform the front desk immediately of any issues.
    • Use the in-room safe for valuables.
    Don'ts
    • Don’t smoke inside the hotel.
    • Don’t bring pets.
    • Don’t exceed room occupancy limits.
    • Don’t make excessive noise or cause disruptions.
    • Don’t damage hotel property.
    • Don’t leave children unattended.
    • Don't use illegal substances on hotel premises.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard Reservations

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

    Non-Refundable Reservations

    These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. The full amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

    Group Reservations (5+ rooms)

    Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a fee of one night's stay per room.
